Dalts, exactly because of what you pointed out I am still scratching my head why he isn't willing to fight for more value when doing a CR or in case of a future deal / t/o. He did it 4 times this year, 2 x here, 1 x each at IMU and RAD. At IMU they discuss future valuations in the USD billions, but what if PH gives a damn and recommends a crappy offer. 4 times the relevant boards gave in quietly, what if they again don't dare to speak up?
If I had the shares to demand a board seat I would have done the CR together with JC, she presents the science, I would "sell" the value. But he never included her in the negotiations, big mistake imo. Broken record or not, this is still my biggest concern. They science will deliver, no doubt - I totally agree with you on that.
BTW, I offered CHM to take up some of the shortfall, no response so far.
