As you are aware I am an ex BEPPA holder, but I don't recall the requirement for > 50% of BEEPA "shareholders" - only the 75% "for" required.

Agree they would most likely have the 75% and probably the 50% as the BAM strategy for the big play has (I expect)been in place all along.

Still, reckon would be good to garner some support for a NO vote.

p.s. I have no heard anyone post an argument to vote YES..and would be good to know of any.
