I think that's different from the ppsa. The would normally be a joint venture agreement signed by all parties with that information in it. I think Davy Boy might have tracked down the version FAR had and they are registered in a government department that can sometimes be tracked down by someone tenacious. Some here are possibly already familiar with the taxes etc and most agreements have a government buy in option where the government can increase holding by say 10% around the time of production buy is not a free carry from that point, they pay their share. Sounds like this was a bit different from regular agreements. More generous to IVZ but I don't know the details.
