Military plants all over Kyiv, not sure what condition they are in currently!!!!!


















Kiev Armoured Vehicle Plant,founded in 1935,is a state corporation part of Ukroboronprom. The plant carries out the below activities:

• Production of light armament
• Overhaul and modernisation of armoured, engineering and combat vehicles, and weapon ordnance
• Production of spare parts for armament of vehicles and military equipment
• Aggregates including engines

Other activities developed at the plant's facilities, include repair workshops, educational equipment and goods for business purposes.

Types of military vehicles produced include:

• Armoured personnel carrier Dozor-B
• Self-propelled mortar 120mm calibre
• BTR-3M2
• Combat vehicle PTRK BTR-3RK
• Overhaul and modernisation of tanks: T-55, T-62, T-72
• The company also produces Diesel Engines
• Development and Production of armoured personnel carriers BTR-3U, BTR-3E1, BTR-YA with new domestic and imported engines, automatic gearboxes and combat modules
• Spare parts for repairing armoured vehicles - crawler tapes with rubber hinge, parts and components of the chassis, water, oil and fuel systems, dynamic protection kits, electric kits, electrical appliances and others
