all we need is a license deal for CHM1101 with an upfront payment to progress pipeline

we are nearing the point but are not quite there yet, where we go from from dilutive cap raises to a deal, not with a finance(fund) situation but rather a pharma partner to progress the asset and hit further milestones that will be linked to further funding

when will this happen I couldn’t say but we are getting closer each day and month

an upfront payment for between and $10m and $25m would get the pipeline down the road quite a bit and also fund milestone payments to COH per the agreed terms

I’m thinking there could be between 1.5b and 2b shares outstanding including options before a deal drops. We don’t need a big deal or takeover too soon as the company will be looking to maximise value prior to a full takeover


they could always license to China only and maintain control of rest of world IP to license once further developed


and with a takeover offer, what should the board be willing to accept and where should shareholders expectation be ?

I don’t see much wrong with a Gracell range offer which would net around 1.5b or more AUD and have the sp over a dollars or maybe towards $0.60 in a more diluted situation later stage

many things can happen, some things will happen and we can all follow the progress and see what happens…it’s called investing or being invested after all
