How will they produce concentrate without an on site assay lab? You cannot simply erect a building and start performing assays. Specialist equipment and personnel are required and bear in mind that graphite is a new industry in Tanzania so lab personnel will need to be trained. Furthermore, if they are on the cusp of going into production where is the company at with the Framework Agreement with the Government of Tanzania? Share price performance over the next few months will be very revealing about how things are going behind the scenes.
