Failure to retake any land over the last 6 months or so, over 150000 dead and wounded in the same period is one of the reasons why the western aid has been put on hold. By hitting a docked, non battle ship and hitting residential areas with a cluster ammunition, Z needs to maintain the interest of the west in this horrible circus.
Add the forced mobilization of 500k Ukrainians who do not want to die for his ego to this, where he is trying to sell the story ‘hey we are still in this, we are not giving up, but we need a lot of money to equip these new soldiers’. Disaster.
