Have you contacted management to be able to quantify your comment, re: " management won't acknowledge holders who ask questions"? ~ or are you just continuing on with spreading misinformation? ~ or maybe you are just keeping the negative unsubstantiated fear mongering coming, to take another position in the company when it starts trading again?
I cannot speak for others, but I have sent 4 (four) communication emails to Leo Lithium, on all occasions asking multiple questions and I have received 4 (four) email responses. Questions that can be answered, have been and questions they can't answer have been given an explanation to why they can't. ~ I am more than happy with the Company's responses and I am also getting a better understanding of the complexity with what they are dealing with.
Take Over???? quoting you, re: (sic)...... can and have held a stocks SP down low by buying and selling cheap shares to themselves for years, in the end holders will accept some silly price for a T/O just to get out ...(sic)"
Have you got any factual evidence of Ganfeng manipulating stocks or whats commonly called wash trading? ie: dates, volumes of trades, frequency of trades, volumes versus SP movements, size of trades, SP point and volume of shares placed in buy/sell order lines.
Does that factual evidence also include any information of them putting in a take over offer for either the remaining percentage of the Joint Venture and / or of the securities of a listed Company whose stocks they are/were allegedly manipulating?
If you do / did have factual evidence, did you or do you intend to report it to the relevant authorities (ASIC)
cheers
~ I don't understand why you have such major concern for the "big seller" selling down some of his holdings, what are you continually trying to imply? ~ have you raised concerns with Company and/or ASX and/or ASIC?
(1) the person in question provided a more than reasonable explanation to why he sold ...... did you miss it?
(2) 2 days post his selling, -- Leo Lithium produces first DSO, Off take process set to commence, on track for Q4 2023 sales, trucking contractors to be appointed imminently.
(3) 16 days post his selling, -- a $520 million mining services contract was awarded.
IMO, either of these announcements were not an indicative prelude to anything untoward with the Company/Government/DSO and an even less of an indication something was amiss if you combined the two announcements together.
I don't know about you, but (making an assumption that as a director he would) have been privy to those impending announcements, with the possible price catalysts, wouldn't you want to hold off selling if you could?
Definition of wash trading; ~ an illegal activity in which a single trader buys and sells the same security in order to generate misleading market information
