    Imagine also that it will take quite a while for the court to hand down a decision, I doubt whether it would be handed down in the 4th quarter 2010, if so the JV timeline will be extended by Xstrata, don't hold out any hope that the JV will be exercised on Garatau before the challenge to the ownership of the Tubatse farms is done and dusted.
