I don’t find any of the arguments for early exercise compelling.
It also shits me that funds were spent on the buyback, and that the company didn’t take the ‘oversubscription funds’ at the $3 raise. These funds could have been very usefully deployed based on @Davisite’s comments on the options thread about pre-clinical programs that could be ‘accelerated’.

I also have some objections to the “stealth raising” of funds through the “loyalty rewards” where there is no information on the use of funds except for hints on these threads.

what might convince me to exercise early:
1. Transparent info from the company on the programs that could be accelerated and their value.
2. Listing of the piggyback options.
