They had $880k end of Sep + $1m funding arrangement Nov so $1.88m in total. There has not been any drilling since end of Sep quarter so cash burn will be minimal and no cash paid for the acquisition too so I agree that CR won’t be done until such time that the acquisition is finalised as there is minimal exploration to be done until such time.
Judging by the 25c exercise on the options, i would say they would aim to raise at 10c+ ideally around 15c.
