I don't think it will be out of suspension until they have an active project. Pretty sure that was referenced previously that you can't just have a shell w no active tenements etc onthe ASX but could be wrong. IMO this will be in suspension for a few more months. Write down the names of each director and if you ever see them on a company you're invested in, be very careful. They're clearly a bunch of fkn crooks and it sucks the ASX/ASIC do/can prove sweet FA about the situation
