it tanked because of the rise in 10yr bonds representing the risk free rate of return, and now that the 10yr bonds are declining, AYUPA share price should start to increase. I bought at $84, not this years low point, but happy none the less.
At $84 I receive a 5.95% fully franked dividend equivalent + potential capital gain once central bank interest rates start declining.
Over time AYUPA should trade back up to $100 par, that's 15% odd in capital growth together with the 5.95% fully franked dividend with low risk.
Happy to hold as part of a diversified portfolio.
