I understand the enthusiasm but no amount of information or excitement provided on an anonymous share forum will re-rate the valuation. It just requires time and patience. That's all.
Validation with regards to specificity and sensitivity and then commercial partnerships, particularly in the US will see EMV at multiples of the current price.
Then actual sales and profits will propel this to the valuations befitting a world class med tech company aka COH, PME.
