    There is the current $20M litigation funding which has been detailed.

    There is the accrual of daily fines from ICC breaches (AVZ can utilise and leverage these however they wish)

    Further, there's the $240M "Cornerstone investor commitment" from Suzhou CATH Energy Technologies (CATH) under the TIA (this was last updated in the June 2023 Annual Report)
