Fire was burning from 2016 and now it pushes through to court and soon it will get wiped out by the government as we are working with them and following all the laws.
We have nothing to lose as TAFTA is pending however we were negotiating with good faith and decided to reopen the mine knowing they will throw more cases at us because it is Thailand and anyone can complain against us. Law DSI applied here was amended by uncle TU’s peace council which may not apply for us as Akara already had approval but individual has to respond based on current law otherwise they are taking Akara’s side.
I’m more interested to get an updates regarding mining operations, cash balance and plant 1 progress.
