Yes fair points on the structure at least being aligned with shareholder value.
Be interesting to see them ask for a whole bunch more at the next AGM when these lapse as worthless.
IDK why people vote for them across asx small cap land, but they consistently do. Mostly insto's scratching the backs of those that feed them I guess.
I doubt she's organising finance as the CFO. Just an accountant doing the books. Give the job to Quicken.
