It's like talking to a brick wall, wouldn't bother with him/it. Look at his response, arguing that the announcement and what you have quoted is wrong....
This thing could climb to 10c+ in the next 12 months and he/it will still be here telling everyone how bad of an investment it is, meanwhile everyone would have made 400% in a year.
