HAPA is one of the few fully licensed EU German GMP companies that has scale and production capacity to ramp up into the German market. Germany just in the process of deregulating MC (like Oz did in July 23) to make it easier for Dr's to prescribe. Consensus is Germany will be the largest MC market in the world and it looks like recreational product will be years off being legalised as well.

HAPA has full EU German GMP (different to other EU GMP standards) across all both growing and extracting facilities. HAPA has all licences to import, distribute, handle and sell in Germany also.

More info to follow but this will give you an idea of the company that will end up in AC8 (subject to SH approvals). This isn't a new idea and AC8 has been pursuing since being suspended so it isn't a change of strategy as some have posted here.

We are sticking to the plan but giving shareholders the right to participate at a discount also, before we will focus on relisting.
