When a tiny gold exploration company has secured a AUD $435mil funding deal with an off-take agreement that many other gold exploration companies on ASX would dream to have a deal even 1/2 the size, the stock WILL have to re-rate hard.

I am also holding DXB which has signed a distribution deal for its drug that represent close to a $bil cash milestone payments for all other markets (US, CHINA, REST OF ASIA, EUROPE combined) IF the drug is successful through the phase#3 study. There is no guarantee it will be a success but based on the 1st EU distribution deal clearly it shows the great potential for reward and clearly the sp was no where near where it should re-rate to. After the whole month of Dec struggling around 13.5c-14.5c, today it smashed through 25c and seems to scale 30c in the days ahead with $1 price target if the interim result in March is positive. Of course there is no guarantee it will be a success and thus a huge risk involved.

With BEZ, it is clear as day the MC should be at least $300mil-$400mil for the amazing deal it has been able to lock in plus the backing from Quantum as a 30% shareholder with 2 directors on board, plus around AUD $52mil has been paid towards the drawdown facility. I think everyone should relax. Sp will do what DXB sp just did over the last few trading days. Nothing stays undervalued forever.



And, bubbling in the background is the price of gold consolidating at record level in its history, making Quantum's investment in BEZ a major windfall for all involved, especially Quantum itself.
