Of course. But the first step is getting to that meeting. If we take that logic, it's like saying well it's not important that good news came out from the initial FDA meeting or phase 1 trial outcome, because what if the phase 2 is a dud?

Yes, this is by far not a sure thing. There is much risk ahead of us. But imagine if the announcement had of been " FDA declines formal discussion with PAA regarding MPL in MND". That kills it right there.

So, I concur it's only a first small step (and probably not one to get too excited about), but it's a step in the right direction. Yes, obviously the outcome of discussions and the trial are more important, but we are not there yet. But this has cleared the way to move to those all-important discussions.
