Bellcurve ...I'm sorry to say stories are stories ...numbers and cash are numbers that measure the cash flows ...It is no delusion 80% of the world need coal, oil and gas ...these fossil fuels are needed to survive...so...yes the world will come to us ..the world will pay us ...one way or another most of the the world doesn't care about ideals only eating and warmth ....Yes at the end of the day they need food..and warmth and in any survival chain ...energy is required!!!!
Trouble is it's believing that transition will be quick ....believing that transition won't create enormous CO2 and we go from one energy state to another without enormous atmospheric destruction...no weather change and no adverse effects....If we think about this ..Even a fool knows that's impossible.
Greenies are dreaming that Energy Transmission is lovely,with no pollution,no climate change and it will be a wonderful world...sorry this is a terrible tale ...no fairies ,no magic wands, just lots and lots of pollution and co2 will be generated and lots of higher demands for coal....Demand from the disadvantaged who need to survive and are joining the race to go electric...yes to go electric they have to burn more fossil fuels.
Nobody will hate anybody who supplies what the world needs...only those people who don't understand the realities of survival or 80% or world ...most of the world needs fossil fuels and the Greenies will hate those fossil fuel burners...yet those fossil fuel burners are all rushing to go electric!!!! Yes more and more Electric generation is the great Climate Disrupter.
