It’s quite simple Spid. They have given a 25% because construction hasn’t been completed. They have also given a 40% reduction for the extensions for the same reason.
WKT has announced they have already built in part of the upgrades and with no capital expenditure can increase production by 25% and with minimal capital expenditure can increase production by 50%.
This value has been applied and heavily discounted already. You are being unreasonable here and your opinion doesn’t matter.
