My experience from a dramatic turnaround in DTL (30c to $9.40) was that the stock firmed up dramatically about six months prior to the results hitting the market. Whilst no insider trading went on as that Board is beyond reproach and as tight as a drum, the people in the industry could obviously see the amount of business DTL was winning. Then competitors start to talk and the word gets out that the ship has turned.
We are just not seeing that here at this stage. The buying is not broad based. It appears to be current holders topping up with little or no new investors.
