Please feel free to rip this analysis apart, but I had a go at estimating H1'24 profit/EPS. By my conservative calculation, it's possible that we will see profit in excess of $12m for the half and a basic EPS of 2.9c, annualised at 5.8c or a P/E of only 3.1! Which if true, means the price is still incredibly cheap IMO. With average sales prices up 272% HoH, the gross margin this half year should be spectacular relative to the prior corresponding period. Let me know if there's anything fundamental that I'm missing and I can correct the model.
