Needs FDA approval and good Japan growth. Once those 2 are in place you can do the math on U.S revenue. It's a futures market so it wont need to break sales before you see a big spike.
Personally doubt you will see $3 billion market cap as it's currently a sitting duck for a takeover for around $1 billion IMHO, DYOR
