Answers told at AGM.
1. The Directors mates have been since the 30's.
2. We were told he has 4 other directorships, and his own business has been getting busier. Because BEZ is going to be a busy year, he does not have the time to devote to BEZ so resigned before the meeting.
3. Major shareholders said they disagreed with automatically renewing for another year and asked that it be put out to tender (as per Canadian corporate law if I remember correctly) because apparently there had been delays in completing the most current audit. So, it was decided to put the audit out to tender.
