OTC - means over the counter - it is a way for US investors to buy Imugene - hence it has the price usd 9c, whic is about 13c, (so slightly above what it should be). It is way that IMU can be exposed to the US market.
However the reality is that the volume is very very low, and many US investors simply will not use this method, in fact you would be hard pressed to find any institution to buy any OTC shares. It is kinda a waste of time. Hence discussion that revolves around listing on the nasdaq to get real exposure.
