There are many signs of an impending takeover. I can't find any apart from Wayne's suggestions. Identifying signs that a company may be on the verge of a TO can help investors make an informed decision. I'm asking if you have any. Holding a company's stock is not a requirement of showing interest and actually places one in a far less biased position, than being a member of the company's fan club.
