    What are you implying here, because we have no approval as yet. So are you thinking they have booked and committed to a drill rig without approval, or they have approval and it hasn't been released publicly.

    not being a dick, and I hope you're right, but I find it highly unusual and unlikely they'd book a rig in the HOPE they'll get approval.
