    My point was retail have not been informed of the deal being offered to them.
    IF its 1 for 12 I will be disappointed unless you can apply for shortfall.
    To get the equivalent of a spp at 1 for 12 you would need to be holding 2.75+ million shares.

    Do you know what the retail offer will be?
