The migration of IRA compliant spodumene away from China has already begun.
It started with a shipload of PLS spod going to South Korea.
Others will follow, as will the opening of other refineries outside of China.
It remains to be seen when that will be felt by China.
Can China replace supply they lose from these sources with supply from new sources at the same rate?
