My concern is that these people will have formulated extensive plans for the takeover and all we have seen to date is a "test of the waters" (if this attack had succeeded look how "cheap" control would have been). Make no mistake, and despite rhetoric such as "car salesman", these people are experienced business men and women backed by Advisers and Lawyers seeking to gain control of a potentially high value company. And, sadly, "hostile" takeovers do sometimes succeed and not just at the first attempt!
