Communism took hold in USSR because the right foundation were there for it to happen. Our share prices are getting belted around because the fundamentals are there for it to happen. The RE holey grail just isn't there at the moment. (Ndpr prices) and costs are increasing, along with outages. I've stopped blaming shorter, whilst they are a pain.
