When there is money to be made it makes sense.
This aligns with the worry I have expressed - if a lawyer finds out that Acadia has the ability to block a competitor and did not exercise the right, litigation may follow.
I am not saying it will happen but I agree with what you said in a previous post about planning for for the worst. Ultimately, when it comes to lawyers, especially in the US, the term "ambulance chaser" has some merit, in my humble opinion.
