Albemarle and Arcadium both own lithium hydroxide refineries in China.
How would the US government view them in regard to IRA compliance, (given they are both American companies)?
If they were deemed to be IRA non-compliant, would Albemarle and Arcadium consider withdrawing from China as ex-China assets they are building, come on line?
