I get the feeling this is grinding higher.
One of Australia's largest wealth management desks / broking desk have been pushing this stock hard to their institutional and high net-worth clients as the best way to play lithium recently given the huge range of positive catalysts ahead, and the fact that it is practically fully-funded - if they do need $30-40m additional capital, it will be at a much higher share price, as it wont be an 'immediate' requirement and will likely come after permitting and the announcement of the Sibanye deal.
