I really don't think JORC is important, step out yes, but hard not to see the scenarios below present considering the drill line they did. For my mind immediately, scale is not an issue, even if at half the below dimensions.

From what I'm catching up on in the space, this is the likely reason for peer discount, a larger unknown than scale for me. Is it possible the SP is starting to move cause these results are incoming and known knowns with good numbers? (some getting a free ride if so)

Anyhow, just a bystander here as I've had a long history with RDM.
