One thing is pretty apparent to me, and that is that Wayne's interests and the shareholders interests are not in alignment. If the SP was up at $60 do you think his recently assigned options would be the same? No, he would have been offered a third with an exerciser of say $80 in 5 years . He personally benefits by having a low SP. Existing holders and especially ones that buy on market are getting hammered by dilution. Wayne is sitting on about 1.4 million options. He must be doing well if he's got the $25 odd million ready to exerciser.
