    yeah I suspect this too. If CE votes yes, our vote is moot.
    However I am wary of the fact he has not made his position on the matter public which makes me wonder what he is planning. If he was going to support this takeover 100% it would have been made public by now IMHO, to deter any counter bids which may come our way
