The HC "reply" function seems to be broken - yet again!
I think the only reasonable answer to this is: "we have no way of knowing."
The trial description on clinical trials.gov does not give the detail of when scans are made, and I don't think we know the current rate at which patients are being enrolled. Initially it was a staggered start, required by the FDA for safety reasons. That's probably been relaxed by now due to the demonstrated excellent safety, but we have no way of knowing just how frequently new patients start the trial.
The Announcement you quote does tell us that there is a "first scan at day 42" - and that as of 31 Oct there were 7 patients awaiting their first scan. So presumably there are at least 7 patients now with scan data that has not been reported. On top of that, there will be "day 42" scan data for any additional patients who were enrolled in the study and commenced treatment after 31 October and up to 24 Nov - which is now 42 days ago as of today. (Any patient enrolled after that date is not yet due for their day 42 scan).
However..... although we can be confident that there is unreported scan data for 7+ patients, we have no way of knowing when that data will be reported as "results." There is no obligation for the company to publish raw data, because raw data is not the same as verified "results." Leslie made it very clear in the most recent recent webinar that the process of collating and processing data, and getting it reviewed and ready for publication/Announcement is labour intensive and potentially interrupts their work. For that reason, she said, they will only process data and release the results when it makes sense to do that - eg timed with major conference presentations.

"it is a lengthy process and we only want to do that when it is necessary for a submission into a major cancer conference and things of that.." She goes on at some length, but emphasises that it will only be done when required for major conferences. Her initial comment qualifies that as major
cancer conferences - which to me rules out the JP Morgan event.
In the earlier MAST Study Update webinar video, Dr Woodard is asked when data from the Vaxinia/Keytruda combo arm will be released. His response from 14:03 - 14:16 is that "as the data evolves". they will plan to present it "at a medical conference." Note the term "Medical" - which to me also rules out the JP Morgan event.
So - as always - we just have to be patient. I don't expect any new data to be released ahead of the JP Morgan conference, because that's a commercial event - not a scientific or medical conference.
On the plus side - we have every reason to be optimistic that the next results - when they are processed and released - will be extremely good.
