The presentation IMO provides ample evidence as to why the sale price should be greater than the current sp
However as the closing dates for bids is not until 21 October there will be shareholders/traders who cannot wait that long and will exit..so expect short term sp weakness
But for those willing to wait a sp north of 60c should IMO be acheivable
One quick question for those that have read the report..what well is Epley1H(refer page 4)

I have never heard of it in all the AZZ announcements?
