I'm aware all small caps have note regarding ongoing concern as it is a requirement for reporting by ASIC, my query was in regards to your view of the companies ability to continue as a going concern based on their cash flow issues and cash on hand.

As far as your suggestion that you have Liberty Mining accounts which differ to the consolidated financial report, I find that difficult to believe as that would be a breach of the companies reporting requirements.

I appreciate that you don't necessarily want to discuss the issues that I have raised, but given your work in posting on TNC on the day traders thread and here, I think it reasonable to take the time to have these discussions.

The fact that you do pride yourself on laying down factual information would suggest that you would be more likely to take the time to address these questions.

I'm not trying to attack you here Rob, it's just that your shall we say positive posts regarding TNC seem out of proportion to the companies current situation.

Just further to your suggestion that Bigpond and Nokia will significantly increase revenue. I shall remind you that this is a pre-existing business model that was run by Musicadium from 2007, they already had a 'partnership' with i-Tunes for their customers. With i-Tunes representing 69 % of digital music sales. Musicadium now Valleyarm gave up a 70 % interest in the company for a $200k loan. How successful is the company for them to give up a 70 % interest for a loan. They already had their biggest 'partner' on board before the loan.
