The non existent entity is of course central to his argument and the original court decision.
However , don't overlook the fact that in the end , he did transfer the licences to the ownership of New Mining (Metals Namibia)...not via RIA CC , but directly by his own authority.
I don't want to argue the case on hc ..too much I don't know ..just for interest .
