Slight cap raise issues since then, thus more SOI.
I'm more intrigued about the Regal equity purchase. They have control over the company via Taurus anyway, why increase the exposure? Are they planning some kind of hyper-dilutionery debt for equity swap and want to have some votes to push things through? Above my pay grade to work out why you want more exposure to an entity that you have a perilous debt exposure to (and thus effective control of anyway). If they believe in a marco bailout why not simply trade the physical commodity. If they believe in a micro bailout why haven't they acted to bring in more competent management?
Will watch with interest as I can't work out the play for them here.
