the positive vibe here 'we are worth 20 cents, 40 cents, the sky' leads me to ask this:
if the company is really undervalued by factors, why does another pharma simply not buy it up; the takeovers are successful most with a 40% premium; so LDX can be bought fully by a big pharma for 12 cents a share; why dont they do it?
