Yes... there is a hope that a rival bid may occur. I would class at the 30% level maybe a little higher.
Shareholders can scuttle if another bid does occur.
The deal is like hitting the self-destruct button with what I think over the top benefits for those on the board and management given how many hoops shareholders have has to jump through with this company. The shareholder is being treated again quite poorly, especially the small who don't draw a salary from the company. 14.5-15.5Cc would do me. (13.5c sale,
To help management, even willing to give $2M as a payment to be split as a redundancy, along with all the other benefits they have accrued. Wish I could say I was happy with the performance,
