Hi Kincella .... I know the area quite well , many years ago I always played the Albury golf tournament , Its a nice course with some undulating greens . As a young guy ( a long time ago ) I used to drive my station wagon to the course , camp in the back , shower in the clubhouse ..and live in the car park ..lol , I thought nothing of this at the time , and I had a ball ..Im too SOFT now , couldn' t do it , plus the club would probably kick me out .

Anyhow , Its a great town ..and plenty happening , so hope you enjoy .

Look , Im still flat out , Its been crazy , I had a purchaser today she said " Maybe , I can come on the weekend " ..I said " Dont bother sweetie , It will be all gone ..call me at 11am Sat before you come for an update " ..She came today and signed .

This has been a great site , and all the buyers with good deposits , no one lingering on conditional ..You have to be In or out ..
