The neighbour in particular is only renting, never see him, a few months ago, I was sleeping in the back room.
The dog started up at about midnight, so I got some plastic bottles including 3litre milk ones, filled them with water and lobbed them on the roof of the house.
Eventually the dog shut, the next night I left an unpleasant note on the front door, to shut up the dog.
