...agree totally...but that must include terrorists (however defined) aligned with any regime or cause be it political, religious or other dedicated to killing or maiming others...
but, it must exclude the indiscriminate "removal" of one let alone tens of thousands men, women and children that several regimes/organisations in particular pursue....
it appears civilians are no longer collateral damage but rather are fair game to be slaughtered as and when desired...
